Lizzo is campaigning for Emmys consideration for her seriesWatch Out for the Big Grrrls.This weekend she attended an FYC event and screening in LA at the DGA Theatre Complex for Television Academy members. Nomination voting for the Emmys begins on June 16. At the same time, she went red carpet official with her boyfriend, Myke Wright. It’s the fifth photo in the carousel:

Lizzo and Myke have been seen together and papped several times over the last few months so this isn’t news. That said, the fact that he joined her on the campaign trail may be a sign that they’re getting pretty serious.

The pinkness of it all matches her personality. The length is great on her. The look is fun on her, she’s having a good time and she’s comfortable.
Lana Condor also took the Valentino pink out for a ride, last night at the MTV Awards. For Lana it was a crop top, over shorts, over tights, over those platforms, and all of it under a jacket. This is exactly the right event for this fit. I love it on her.
Vanessa Hudgens, meanwhile, was the only one out of the three to not go with the tights. The pink Valentino was just one of multiple outfits for her as she hosted the MTV Awards because I guess she’s just hosting everything these days (sometimes with better results than others). She’s not the first to wear this Valentino bust-line but previous versions were seen in full-length and now that I’ve seen it in the shortened version, for me it’s the best of the lot and the best of all her looks from last night.
