安妮·海瑟薇和Jared Leto were in LA last night for the premiere of WeCrashed at the Academy Museum. A fitting venue considering both are supporting actor Oscar winners and Annie was actually the reigning Best Supporting Actress Oscar winner and presented Jared’s Oscar to him when he won:

Jared Leto, winner of Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role, and Anne Hathaway pose in the press room during the Oscars at Loews Hollywood Hotel on March 2, 2014 in Hollywood, California

Between their outfits, I actually prefer Jared’s. This is a velvet Gucci suit, worn with gloves, and patent leather red boots with the perfect toe and I wish he’d pull up his pant leg so we could get a better look at them to see how they fit.

Annie’s dress is David Koma. It’s fine. I mean I probably like it less than most people but this shade of blue has never done it for me and I’m just not all that excited by the cut-outs and the slit up the side. What I am excited about is her hair. This HAIR.

It’s so full, with just a slighhhhhht bend to create volume at exactly the right places but also not overdone and it seems simple and maybe it is for her and her hair stylist but it’s not always achievable for me, and believe me I’ve tried. I’ve worked on a talk show for nine years and we have amazing hair artists and some days, the bend just doesn’t quite fall as perfectly as Annie’s on this night. Now I’m curious if they added any pieces to this because while she does have a lot of hair on her own, a few extensions here and there can keep the hair pumped up, especially when there’s moisture in the air. That’s another thing about hair maintenance – it looks one way in the chair but unless you’re constantly adjusting, it can fall after half an hour. And still, if you told me Annie spent less time on her hair than Jared did on his, I would believe you.
