EarlierI complainedabout Penelope Cruz’s feathers. Feathers were ruined for me back in the mid-2000s. They were everywhere. They got DONE. It’s like the sheer dresses we’ve been seeing for the last five years. Everybody started looking the same. You’ll note there were few sheer dresses last night. At least none that I can remember. I wonder if Jennifer Lopez would have come in sheer if she’d been a part of the show.

These feathers onSarah Paulsonaren’t the worst I’ve ever seen. She’s one of those people who can make a dress more interesting than it deserves to be. The plunging heart-shaped bust instead of a standard strapless straight across certainly helps too. But she and it can only do so much. At the end of the day, if the answer to the question “Would Penelope Cruz wear it?” is yes, I don’t want to see it on Sarah Paulson.
What I can’t get enough of, however, is seeing Sarah with Connie Britton:
I want to know what these two get up to. I want to know what they talk about. I want to know who drinks red wine from a bigger glass.
