I make it a point to actively dislike baby blue. Is this a true baby blue though?
I feel like it’s more teal. Turquoise? Not baby blue, right? Whatever you want to call it, it’s not offensive at all. I’m into the print, and I’m definitely into the way this dress pops against that yellow background. Also the collar and the wide belt – YES to the wide belt, and I’m not a belt person. If it has to be a belt though, generally, I feel like a wide belt is a lot more useful than a thin belt because it actually adds something to the design and the shape. Seriously, top to bottom, this is a great look.
And we’re seeing so much of it, the Wallis Simpson thing, over the last year or so, it’s exactly where I live.
