Nina Dobrev and Shaun White were first seen on a bike ride together at the start of pandemic lockdown the second half of March. Since then, while they haven’t been doing pap walks every day, they do show up from time to time on Instagram on both accounts so it’s been about six months now, at least. And she cuts his hair. Maybe it’s just my trust issues when it comes to hair but I would have to be deeply in love to let a lover near my hair.
Nina and Shaun are on holiday in Tulum. Check them out looking super into each other on the beach. Meanwhile I am super into her bikini. And those white shorts. I need a pair of shorts with a waistband like that.
Over in Santa Barbara, Rob Lowe was also papped on the beach and in thumbnail, with his hair all tousled like that, and wearing those shorts, he looks like he could be in a 90s boy band. Right?!
I often, in my posts about Leonardo DiCaprio, talk about “memory eyes” – you see someone through your memory, so their appearance can remain fixed back in time, and what they actually look like now is not what’s in your mind. People can see Rob Lowe through “memory eyes” since he’s been around for so long but I don’t think it applies here. I can see exactly what Rob Lowe looks like now. And I remember what he looked like back then. For you kids out there, you don’t know. I mean you really don’t know. Because back in the day, holy sh-t, Rob Lowe was outrageously hot. This mullet still works all these decades later.
As for this photo below, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen it and now that I’m revisiting it with a 2020 perspective, I feel like this is what Jared Leto was trying to be at one point:
