TIFF has taken over my life for the last 10 days and I’m going until the very end on Saturday. So I’ve been behind. There are so many videos I haven’t watched, so much reading I haven’t caught up on. I haven’t even watched the latest episode ofInsecure, which I’m saving for tomorrow night, when I’m wrapped on the red carpet. This is also when I’m going to finally spend time with my Mimi, her new song, and the new video. I don’t understand. SHE’s NOT WEARING SHOES. What is happening? At least the tits are still out. This is comforting. I can’t handle much more change. (Dlisted)

I have never seen an黑社会movie. This is not how I know Kate Beckinsale, though I appreciate that she’s over it and is ready for a different kind of work. (Pajiba)

Ariana Grande’s words for Mac Miller– and this is exactly what I’ve been trying to say about caregivers and the guilt and pressure that they/we feel when someone you love is struggling with addiction. You want to be the answer. And too often, you just can’t be the answer. (TMZ)

This red velvet dress on Cate Blanchett is sublime. I love it so much. I can only imagine how good it must feel on your body. The one downside? Maybe it’s just me. But I don’t like being hugged. And I feel like people would want to hug you if you were wearing it. (Go Fug Yourself)

I believe this about Keira Knightley. That she’s only seenLove Actuallyonce. Why would she need to see it again? We are the ones who want to relive whatever fantasy it is that needs fulfilling. She was in the fantasy. Only it probably wasn’t a fantasy because working on a movie is probably much more boring than you think. Basically you spend most of your days sitting around in a trailer and by the end of the week it starts to smell funky. (Cele|bitchy)

就像我说的,我在后面y reading. But I know we’ll be talking about Allison P Davis’s article on Noah Centineo because she calls him a “thirst architect” and this description is apt AF. (The Cut)
