Interesting story in US Weekly about Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky being “closer than ever”after relationship hardshipsand the question is, did we know they were having hardships? The way this story is positioned is giving me a slight tingle, like of course every marriage has hardships but why did this come out of nowhere? It almost makes me wonder if they are trying to get ahead of something.

About a week ago, TMZ reported that Ryan Seacrest was in “early talks” to replace Pat Sajak on Wheel of Fortune but he has some competition: Andy Cohen. Ryan and Andy do not like each other and both are prolific hosts, so know there’s some boysh-t going down behind the scenes. I think Andy is at a bit of a disadvantage because the show would need to be moved to NYC to accommodate him.

This is a very cool haircut on Diane Kruger. The shag is back, I think.

So I think we can all agree that this Titanic missing sub (I know it’s technically not a submarine) has captivated us. Coincidentally, many people on social media have also become expert submariners overnight. Many of us will be checking on this story over the weekend and while it’s not celebrity-focused, there is one famous person whose opinion I would like to hear: James Cameron. He made a film about exploring the wreckage that we can watch from the comfort of our own home and not in a metal can that sinks into the darkest depths of the ocean.

Anew story in Insiderabout how Swifties digitally swarmed a reporter who wrote about the Eras tour. This story is new but these kind of stories about Swifties is not new and if you think this is coming from teenagers – think again. Many of the tactics used (like calling the reporter a “groomer”) are pulled from the alt-right playbook.

The Bear’s second season is out and I think the wall-to-wallAnd Just Like That…coverage has hindered the hype. The expectations on these kind of buzzy prestige shows is so high but the early reviews are positive and I think the story has a lot of places to go. Even if I was kind of miffed about the tomato sauce storyline (it made no sense!), I’m sticking with it.
