Production on Netflix’sPS I Still Love You, the sequel toTo All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, is now underway in Vancouver. And the biggest question about the movie has been…who’s John Ambrose McClaren?!

He as revealed yesterday:

Holy. Sh-t.

They f-cking WENT FOR IT.

Jordan Fisher is no joke. Jordan Fisher took over from Anthony Ramos to play John Laurens and Philip Hamilton inHamilton. Do you know what this means? It means that Lin-Manuel Miranda has endorsed his talent. He comes LMM-approved. So, you know, that should be enough.Hamiltonshould enough. But that’s not all. Among his many, many other credits, Jordan was inGrease: Live.He was recently just inRent: Live——这就是凯瑟琳写他after the broadcast:

Jordan Fisher is a STAR. He is. He’s so likable and warm. He oozes charisma and a bashful magnetism. You can’t take your eyes off of him.

That’s what Jordan Fisher is bringing to John Ambrose – he’s a trained theatre performer and recording artist who has always worked in television and film. Yes, exactly. That’s exactly what they needed to find in the character. Because as I’ve noted several times now about John Ambrose, you have to believe that it’s a cage match between him and Peter Kavinsky. It cannot be one-sided. It has to be a heavyweight battle. Families should be torn apart. Peter must be CHALLENGED.

And Jordan Fisher is a f-cking challenger. He might be more than a challenger. He’s actually a champion. So, yeah, they know what they’re doing over there at Netflix.

Ready to gossip? Or pre-gossip?

How do you think Noah Centineo feels? Gracious? OF COURSE! Totally gracious! Welcome to the family, Jordan! Can’t wait to work with you!

But life might imitate art, right? Peter Kavinsky and John Ambrose are adversaries in the story. Peter is jealous of John. John thinks Peter is a douchebag. I mean… if that’s how it’s set up in real life too, would you be surprised?
